This policy covers how HOMECELLERS treats personal information collected and received, including information related to your use of the HOMECELLERS service. Personal information is information about you that may not be otherwise publicly available including, but not limited to, name, address, email address, and phone number. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that HOMECELLERS does not own or control or to people that HOMECELLERS does not employ or manage.

HOMECELLERS collects personal information upon sign-up such as name, address, email address and mobile number. HOMECELLERS also collects information about your transactions, including information about your use of the products and services offered. HOMECELLERS does not collect and/or store any financial information, including credit card numbers, bank account information, ETC. A third party merchant services provider (Authorize.NET) will manage all billing and payment activity associated with the HOMECELLERS service.

HOMECELLERS also collects mobile phone numbers from users who access the HOMECELLERS service. The numbers collected will not be distributed outside of our system unless required by law. Lead phone numbers will be provided to subscribers on a double-opt basis only. HOMECELLERS does not rent, sell, or share personal information with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services requested, when we have express permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of, or with HOMECELLERS under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use personal information to help HOMECELLERS communicate offers from HOMECELLERS. These companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the HOMECELLERS Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer personal information if HOMECELLERS is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, HOMECELLERS will notify subscribers before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


We reserve the right to send communications relating to the HOMECELLERS service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the HOMECELLERS Newsletter, that are considered part of your HOMECELLERS account. You can edit your HOMECELLERS account information, including your subscription preferences, at any time. New marketing communications might be added from time to time. You will be able to opt out of these communications at your discretion.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have strict procedural safeguards in place to protect personal information about you.

HOMECELLERS may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
